This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads promotions or anything that Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads needs to relay to all members.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted.

Policies

Refunds
Once you pay for any advertising, and, that advertising has been added to your account, the sale is considered final, and there are No Refunds.

Commission Payments
Free members earn 10%, Gold members 25%, and Platinum members earn 50%. You will be paid your earned commissions Once Monthly on any day that we choose, on or around the 15th! We reserve the right to substitute advertising in place of commissions if your profile is not complete! This is why you need to have your profile up to date with both Paypal and Payza email ID's! Commissions are paid with the same processor that your referral makes the purchase with. If your referral purchases with Payza, that's the processor that you will be paid that commission with, and the same with Paypal. When commissions are paid on any day, you may get payments from both Paypal and Payza. If you are owed commissions on the day we do the payouts, and your profile is not complete with both Paypal and Payza email ID's, we will substitute advertising in place of the commission payment!

SPAM
Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.

However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads in emails.
To falsify user information provided to Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads or to other users of the service in connection with Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads, or any of it's other sites.
To use the Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.

Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.

Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Clix-R-Us Super Solo Adsterms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, Clix-R-Us Super Solo Ads reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
